For the feast of the Theophany of Christ, the Great Blessing of the Waters & Divine Liturgy will take place on Saturday, January 6th., at 9:30 AM.

All are welcome. Please bring your bottle to take home some of the blessed water.

For Christmas Eve, we will hold the Nocturnes Service at 4:30 PM on Sunday, December 24th.

For Christmas Day, we will hold the Divine Liturgy of St. Basil at 9:30 AM. There will be a light brunch to break the fast in the hall afterwards. All welcome!

Great Vespers will be held at 6:00 PM this evening in conjunction with the IOCC charity event, A Taste of NJ. The Spirit of Orthodoxy Choir will join us for this service. The service will be live streamed.

Services will return to 5:00 PM the following Saturday.

Vespers will be held for the feast of the Meeting of the Lord on February 1st., @ 5:30 PM and will be livestreamed.

Great Vespers will be held at 6:00 PM, not 5:00 PM because Sub-deacon Christopher will not be available until then. Graes & fruit will be blessed at the end of the service. The service will be livestreamed.

There will be no one to do the responses on the feast itself, Thursday, August 6th. If you wish to attend Divine Liturgy, please go to St. John's Church in Passaic.

Vespers for Ascension Thursday, June 9th. will be held at 5:00 PM. 

Unfortunately, because we have no chanter for tomorrow, I will be going to St. John's OCA Church in Passaic, NJ. Please feel welcome to join me there.\

Father will hold both Vespers and Divine Liturgy for the feast of the Dormition (Assumption) of the Theotokos tomorrow evening and Saturday morning. The Lytia will not be sung for Vespers in order to minimize contact with the congregation because of Covid-19.

Flowers will be blessed on Saturday morning after the Prayer at the Ambo at the end of Divine Liturgy. Please put the flowers in separate containers in order to avoid contant with anyone else. You will be able to pick them up after the Liturgy. Please be careful to keep the social distancing of 6 feet and wear a mask at all times.

Christ is in our midst!

As I have mentioned, tomorrow's Divine Liturgy will be said behind locked doors. It will not be said at the regular time. Please do not come to Church tomorrow.

I plan to set up a streaming service for the following Sunday, March 29th., to enable you to watch the service online. Given the terrible unfolding of this virus, I may have to restrict who comes to the Church for that Sunday as well. I will let  you know.

Please know that I will be praying for you tomorrow.
